Avoid using hot hair dryers and hair curling tongs or straighteners that may further damage your hair. Get your hair cut regularly to stop the ends from splitting, and to keep your hair in good shape. Avoid sitting in strong sunlight which can dry your hair and cause further damage, especially if you are fairer haired.
