Er…masturbation does not cause hair loss. That may be because of something else in your lifestyle or just natural. It is a natural thing to do, but I'm not sure what your definition of "addicted" is. If it's more than 2-3 times a day…dude, get some self control. If it's like 5-7 times a week, then you may want to cut down a little. Less than that should be ok. Loving someone (not lusting for them, very different), can help you not think about masturbating. Other than that, it's down to you to be "Master of your Domain".

I dont think it causes loss of hair unless your rubbing the hair too much which would pull it out. As far as your "addiction" goes you just need self control. If you dont want to do it anymore or less than do that. Otherwise theres nothing wrong with it unless it affects your daily life.

dht is a kind of testosterone that causes hair loss. drink soy and buy a hair care product with dht inhibitors to combat dht. there is no reseach showing a coorelation between masturbation and hair loss.

as far as your addiction goes, try doing it without porn. then try doing it less and less often. its hard to just take something out of your life without replacing it with a better activity. try working out and if you are religous, maybe go to church on sundays.
